Welcome to CSI Honolulu's inaugural PBX – presented this year as an all-virtual conference for these unusual times. This has been a tremendous learning opportunity for our team, and we hope that your experience with registration has been a smooth one. We have tried to anticipate questions you may have, but if you don't find the answers you need, please contact us.

How long will archived sessions be available to watch?
Recorded sessions will be available at least until the end of 2020. We hope to keep them up several months into 2021, but at a certain point in the Spring of 2021 the website will be refreshed with information for PBX21.
When will the archived sessions be posted online?
Barring any technical difficulties, we anticipate the recordings will be available the Friday after the conference. Watch for email notifications when sessions will be available.
Will I still earn my LU credit if I watch an archived session later?
For those that watch the session “on-demand” you must watch the entire session and take a quiz at the end of the session in order to receive your credits.
If I miss one of my sessions, can I watch it later?

Yes. All of the sessions will be recorded and available to registered attendees on the PBX website. By logging into your account, you can access the sessions you signed up for.

How will my learning unit (LU) credits be reported?
Each of the 16 sessions earns 1 AIA(HSW) LU. For those who watch the session live, and have provided their AIA number during sign up, the credits will be reported to AIA. For those who watch the session “on-demand” you must watch the entire session and take a quiz at the end of the session in order to receive your credits.
Who can I contact if I have trouble connecting on the day of the session?
Please email pbxhawaiibarbie@gmail.com if you have any problems connecting on the day of the session.
How do I connect to my selected sessions?

In order to attend the session being broadcast live, if you have registered for a session, you will receive an email reminder before the session begins with a link in the email. Simply click on the link and it will take you to that session. You may also log on to our website, www.pbxhawaii.com, log in to your account, and click on the session.

If you want to watch the session “on-demand”, once the session has been recorded and uploaded to our website, you can watch the session anytime by logging in to your account, and clicking on that session.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email with my registration info. How do I know if I’m signed up for the sessions I selected?
Confirmation emails are sent with each “purchase” for sessions. If you did not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder first. If you did not receive one, please contact pbxhawaiibarbie@gmail.com to request a confirmation.
Can I purchase sessions for someone else?
Sessions are ordered and assigned to specific email addresses. The purchase receipts and notifications will go to the email address that was used during the ordering process. You may register for someone else, but you must use their email address so they will be notified.
Can I get a refund if I receive a promo code after I have registered and paid?

Yes. If you want to apply a promo code to a session you already paid for, you will first need to request a refund. Log into your account, and then click “orders”. Locate the order number for the session you want to refund. Send an email to pbxhawaiibarbie@gmail.com to request a refund for that order number. Go back to the schedule tab and select that session again. Upon checkout, when you enter the promo code, the session cost will be ‘zeroed out’.

If you want to apply an “all access” promo code, you will need to request a refund for all sessions you paid for. Log into your account, and then click “orders”. Locate the order numbers for the sessions you want to refund. Send an email to pbxhawaiibarbie@gmail.com to request a refund for the order number(s). Return to the schedule tab and select “all sessions”. Upon checkout, when you enter the promo code, the all-session cost will be ‘zeroed out’.

How do I apply a sponsor promo code I received to my shopping cart?
Once you have selected your sessions, simply enter your promo code where requested upon checkout. If you received a “single session” promo code, that session cost will be ‘zeroed out’. If you have an “all access” promo code, all session costs will be ‘zeroed out’.
Do I need to set up an account in order to register, or can I check out as a guest?

No, you do not need to set up an account in order to register. You will be able to input this information upon check out. However, if you would like to set up an account and receive notifications and updates, you can click on the person icon in the upper right of the home page, and choose to set up an account.

I’m a CSI Honolulu member. How do I get my member discount?
CSI Honolulu members have already been entered into the website. In order to obtain your membership discount, please click on the person icon on the top right of the homepage toolbar and select “login”. Your user name and password were emailed to you directly from CSI Honolulu Chapter. If you did not receive an email, or need a new email, request instructions by emailing pbxhawaiibarbie@gmail.com.
Can I change the sessions I selected?

Yes. If you would like to change a session you previously selected, and have not yet checked out, simply go to your shopping cart and remove that session. You can then go back to the schedule tab to select the sessions you want.

If you have already paid for sessions and would like to cancel any of them and request a refund, log into your account, and then click “orders”. Locate the order number(s) for the session(s) you want to cancel. Send an email to pbxhawaiibarbie@gmail.com to request a refund for that order number(s). You can go back to the schedule tab to select any other sessions you would like to attend.

Can I add to the sessions I selected?
Yes. You can add sessions to your order at any time. Simply log in to your account, and then select the additional sessions you would like to attend. Proceed to the shopping cart to check out.
How do I upgrade to “all sessions” if I only registered for some of the sessions?
Many attendees would like to upgrade to “all sessions”. In order to do this, you can order and complete the purchase for “all sessions” at any time. In order to receive a refund for any individual sessions you already signed up for, sign in to your account, then click on “orders”. Locate your order number(s) on the list. Send an email to pbxhawaiibarbie@gmail.com to request a refund for that order(s). You can then go back to the schedule tab to select the “all sessions” if you haven’t already.
What is the latest date that I can change or add sessions?
The deadline for changing or adding sessions is up to one hour before the session begins. No refunds will be issued after that time.
